50 users 

I need to find who the 50 users our and what they have downloaded. If I find what they have download I could find out if they got any virus. If I could find out where the virus are in the website it will be handier to fix.

Making a log on to the network

Each member of staff needs a log on to the network and password.  Different staff members will have different access levesl and therefore the network administrator can provide this.

Where I put a Safe-Walls

I will put the Safe-Wall on where you can install and remove software so that they can't delete the log on software and other software the only ones that can install and remove is the boss and some of his staff. 

Morning back up data 

I will get a fireproof boxes to store the daily backups.  This will be kept in another location. 

Fire-Wall

I put a fire-wall of the employee so that other people can't get the information. This is under data protection act the information that I'm protection is the:

purchases

• account numbers
• bank details
• customer names and addresses
• purchase history
• All staff has access to the above database information.
• Occasionally the manager has overheard staff discussing account details with other suppliers.
• On more than one occasion he has heard staff providing address information to others over the
• Telephone.

Anomaly back up 

I will install an anomaly back up software call Live-Drive it will back up the data once a day to an skydrive so it not only in one place. The skydrive can only get access by the staff but can only be change by the boss this way it can be easy to access

Inside security

I will put in some CCTV in the company so that I can keep my businesses safe also to keep an eye on my employee when there working. There will also be a physical security keypad on the main entrance so that people can't just walk into my business at any time and I will hire a security guard at the front desk this way people don't think of doing any thing they shouldn't do.  I will also have a keypad swipe card entrance to the building to safeguard any equipment and computers.


CCTV Security
I will have an room in the company for the video up link to the camera so that I can have an eye round the outside and inside building at all time this way I will have security at all times.


Identify potential security risks
I will download appropriate antivirus software that would include protection from spyware, viruses, Trojans, keyloggers, worms and hijackers.  Popular software includes Norton, Malware Bytes, Spyware Doctor and VIPRE by setting up software.
